Select TikTok, plus whatever else derails you — Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are the usual suspects. Leave messaging apps unblocked so staying reachable never becomes your excuse to unlock everything.

Step 3: Build a Question Bank

This is what you'll study to earn access. Type any topic and get a generated quiz, or paste your own notes, photos, or PDFs and Exam Master turns them into flashcards. Make it the subject you're actually being tested on — biology, driving theory, bar prep, vocabulary.

Step 4: Set your rate and start earning

Choose how many minutes each correct answer is worth. From then on, the loop is simple: urge to scroll → take a quiz → correct answers add minutes → minutes unlock TikTok. Wrong answers add nothing. When your earned time runs out, the shield comes back.
